Thermal Breakdown 

Plastics are heated at 300°C-900°C in an oxygen-free reactor. This controlled environment ensures that the plastics undergo thermal decomposition without combustion, breaking down the long polymer chains into smaller, more manageable molecules.

Resource Extraction

The gaseous byproducts from the thermal breakdown are then processed to extract valuable resources. This includes the production of syngas, a versatile fuel that can be used for energy generation.
